As part of our international and multicultural team, you will support our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle (E2E) from initial contact to completed integration and take responsibility for complex tasks.
In this role, you act as an interface between the business and IT departments.
For complex issues, you develop exploration concepts and technical concepts and coordinate these with the stakeholders.
You are responsible for the technical and professional pre-qualification of requirements, monitor the technical integration , support test management, and accompany the rollout.
