Your tasks:
Building an AI ecosystem within the MERKA Group and developing the AI strategy and roadmap
Identification and evaluation of AI use cases
Technology scouting (tools, platforms, best practices)
Business case development and feasibility studies
Project management of AI initiatives (planning, implementation, change management)
Risk and compliance management (GDPR, ethics, regulation)
Building AI governance, standards and best practices
Conducting knowledge transfer and internal training.
Building a network with external partners and service providers
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in computer science, data science, business informatics or related fields.
1-2 years of professional experience in AI/ML or Data Science
Solid understanding of AI technologies and business applications
