The Scope
To lead FSC's Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Deployment Automation, and Engineering Enablement capability. This role combines ownership with hands-on technical delivery and is responsible for defining the standards, roadmaps, and practices that govern how technology solutions are built, deployed, secured, and operated across FSC.
Working within a lean and collaborative technology team, the role will drive platform modernization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and well-documented.
