Your team As   Chief Operating Officer   (m/f/d) at Noxtua, you will own how the company runs — and how it becomes increasingly automated. Noxtua has grown from a research project into Europe's sovereign Legal AI, with offices in Berlin, Munich, Paris and Zagreb, exclusive partnerships with the leading legal publishers in six countries, and around €81 million raised in our Series B. The next phase is about turning that momentum into a process-driven, AI-enabled operating model that scales without losing speed — and that is your mandate. You will build and run Noxtua's internal operating system: planning and goal-setting, business operations, and the People, Finance and IT functions that everything else depends on.
