Lead Change Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• They support security monitoring (SIEM/EDR) and improve detection and response playbooks.
• They design and implement security measures for cloud and application landscapes.
• They document security concepts and train stakeholders.
• They conduct risk analyses and threat models and derive prioritized measures.
• They support audits and implement policies and controls pragmatically and effectively.

Your profile

• Knowledge of cloud architectures and modern development processes (DevSecOps)
• Several years of experience in IT/cloud security, GRC or in the SOC environment
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and pragmatic implementation skills
• Practical knowledge in security standards, controls and risk management
• Very good German and English skills
