In this position as Expert System & Data Governance (m/f/d) you will ensure the quality and governance of our systems and data, manage SAP master data, support customer service and sales processes and work across departments with internal teams.
Maintenance, monitoring and consulting for SAP master data and wholesale documentation
Implementation and further development of the TPI program as well as support with sales and governance issues.
Monitoring and optimization of sales processes as well as support with financial controls and compliance projects.
Close collaboration with internal teams and conducting specialist training courses
Ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards and legal requirements.
Participation in process improvements and projects for continuous development
Successfully completed commercial training
2–4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally in pharmaceuticals or medical technology
Analytical, structured and independent work style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience with SAP, MS Office, CRM systems, and basic knowledge of data security
Understanding of financial controls and third-party customer management is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel for team meetings and in-person appointments at headquarters
