Your tasks

You will manage our cross-channel customer and marketing activities using data-driven strategies. Through analysis, modeling, and selection, you will create the foundation for efficient budget allocation, increased profitability, and sustainable growth – across print and digital channels.
You will collaborate with our British sister company, the French parent company in France, and other companies within the group.

  • Analysis of customer and transaction data (print, webshop, social commerce, digital marketing)
  • Campaign selections & data management
  • Development and further development of a CLV model
  • Campaign and budget management based on Customer Lifetime Value
  • Management of response, churn, and potential scores
  • Development of CLV, response, and churn models
  • Development of attribution models for cross-channel budget optimization
  • Creating complex SQL selections
  • Further development of reporting, KPI structures and data models
  • Close collaboration with IT, marketing, e-commerce and management
Your profile
  • Completed studies (business administration, statistics, controlling, business informatics)
  • At least 3 years of experience analyzing large data sets, ideally customer data in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Experience with CLV, scoring, or attribution models
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of campaign profitability
  • Excellent English skills
  • Enjoyment of international cooperation
