Your tasks
As a CRM Data Analyst, you work in the field of Business Intelligence at the interface between business, data engineering, and product development.
You ensure that CRM-relevant data, target group logics, and campaign use cases are professionally defined, technically feasible, and analytically usable.
You translate requirements from the private customer sector into clear, prioritized, and actionable data requirements for CRM, sales, and campaign use cases.
You will develop technical rules, segmentation logics, derivation criteria, and data quality requirements for target groups, customer data, and CRM processes.
You will analyze internal and external data sources, assess their suitability, and specify requirements for integration into our Cloud Data Platform.
