Bioinformatics EMBL Heidelberg The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) is a world leader in scientific research and at the forefront in the development of cutting-edge technologies. In order to support its research teams, EMBL has set up a number of core facilities and data science services that support its scientists and visitors from member states. These services include the Bioimage Analysis Service Team, which develops and provides solutions in advanced image and data analysis. To this end, the team collaborates closely with EMBL's light-, electron- and X-Ray microscopy facilities, IT services and image analysis research groups.
