This is what it's about specifically:
Analysis of customer, usage, and behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization potential.
Evaluation and quantification of qualitative customer signals (feedback, surveys, research)
Development and execution of segmentation, funnel and churn analyses
Development, enhancement, and monitoring of KPI dashboards and customer experience metrics
Planning, execution and evaluation of hypothesis tests and A/B tests for data-driven decisions
Preparation of reports, ad-hoc analyses and decision-making tools for departments and management.
