Your role – CX Data Analyst with real impact
Are you passionate about data, customer insights, and digital products? Bring your analytical skills to the CX team and create measurable improvements for our customers – data-driven, transparent, and with foresight!
This is what it's about specifically:
- Analysis of customer, usage, and behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization potential.
- Evaluation and quantification of qualitative customer signals (feedback, surveys, research)
- Development and execution of segmentation, funnel and churn analyses
- Development, enhancement, and monitoring of KPI dashboards and customer experience metrics
- Planning, execution and evaluation of hypothesis tests and A/B tests for data-driven decisions
- Preparation of reports, ad-hoc analyses and decision-making tools for departments and management.
We would like you to:
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, statistics, data science or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in data analysis, BI, product or customer analytics
- Excellent SQL skills, experience with BI/visualization tools and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of segmentation, funnel and churn analyses as well as hypothesis testing/A/B testing
- Analytical, data-driven thinking and strong communication skills; very good German, English desirable.
- Ideally, experience with customer experience metrics, Python, web analytics, or feedback platforms.
- German language skills are mandatory (at least C1 level).
