Platform/DevOps Engineer (m|f|d) - Cloud Native & AI

Millions of guests experience unforgettable moments at the Europa-Park adventure resort. To ensure we can continue to maintain and develop this quality, coupled with innovative offerings, we are integrating artificial intelligence firmly into our infrastructure.
To this end, we are establishing a new, specialized product team. Our mission: to build a world-class AI platform. We're not looking for administrators of the status quo, but architects of the future. You will develop the technological engine room (Kubernetes, AI stack) that powers our innovations – secure, scalable, and state-of-the-art. Your area of ​​responsibility

• You will be responsible for our Kubernetes stack and manage the infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• You will ensure the stable operation and further development of our new AI platform based on open-source products.
• You implement deployments and configuration changes using modern GitOps principles with ArgoCD.
• You will set up a comprehensive monitoring landscape (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) so that we always know how our infrastructure is doing.
• You integrate and monitor specific AI components (e.g., Langfuse) and ensure that the AI ​​workflows run efficiently.
• Ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our services falls within your area of ​​responsibility.
• You will work closely with our external implementation partner, utilize their expertise for a quick start, and will eventually assume full technical control over the platform.

Your profile

• You have in-depth experience in Cloud-Ops, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• You already have solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform and are comfortable using the command line.
• You already have experience in setting up or operating monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana) – flying blind is not an option for you.
• You have the ambition to delve deeply into the subject matter and to take long-term responsibility for "your" platform.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and value teamwork. We are looking for doers who are eager to actually build things (and not just talk about them).
• Very good German (at least C2) and English skills (at least B2)
