IT - Junior System Administrator - DevOps Support (m/f/d)

Job Description

Your tasks

  • Support for the operation and expansion of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps CI/CD, ArgoCD) as well as for Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Terraform)
  • Support of container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Harbour) including deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Participation in virtualization (VMware) and integration into DevOps workflows
  • Close collaboration with developers to provide and optimize test and production environments.
  • Linux system administration including hardening, patch management and security compliance
  • Documentation of processes, standards and best practices

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in Linux administration and virtualization
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and ideally Kubernetes, as well as network security and security best practices.
  • Interest in DevOps methods and automation (CI/CD, IaC)
  • Analytical thinking, structured work methods, and teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills for the interface between IT operations and development
