To help shape the strategic growth of our division, we are looking for a new team member for our IT locations in Kerpen and/or Lüneburg, starting immediately.

Your tasks

• IT Asset Management

  • Further development and maintenance of the central IT asset management system, as well as rollout to our American locations (remotely)

  • Improving the transparency of costs and usage of hardware, software, licenses and leasing contracts

  • Identification of optimization potential in life cycle management

• Master Data Management

  • Development of processes to ensure the consistency and maintenance of master data in our industry-specific ERP systems

  • Development of a process for cross-system synchronization of relevant master data (e.g., customers and suppliers)

• Creation of reports and dashboards for management and audit purposes.

her profile

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics or comparable computer science/business administration qualification

• Professional experience in IT Asset Management and/or Master Data Management

• High level of responsibility, diligence and reliability

• Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers

• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
