Job Description
- Do you want to put cutting-edge AI technologies into practice and create real added value? As a software developer for RAG systems and agentic applications, you'll work on developing intelligent assistance systems that use complex data to automate demanding tasks. You'll be involved in all phases of our AI projects – from conception to productive deployment in our Kubernetes infrastructure.
- You develop and implement RAG pipelines and retrieval systems to make optimal use of structured and unstructured data.
- You will design and implement agent-based AI applications that automate complex workflows and interact with internal and external systems. You will be fully involved in the planning, design, and implementation phases, integrating your solutions into our infrastructure – from the backend and APIs to interactive frontends.
- You will work closely with our DevOps and Data Engineering teams to develop robust, scalable, and high-performing AI systems.
- You will work on AI projects for our major clients and play a crucial role.
- You will work in an agile project environment with a dedicated team.
- You have a completed degree in computer science, data science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You already have experience in developing AI or LLM-based applications and in integrating AI workflows into existing software environments.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, ideally in on-premises infrastructures.
- You have good programming skills in Python as well as common AI frameworks such as LangChain or alternatively in C# / ASP.NET Core.
- You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute, and play a key role in shaping current and future topics in the field of AI.
