Your tasks
- Development and implementation of innovative AI-supported solutions: Identification, support and further development of use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning for the automation of existing processes.
- Selection & Implementation: Selection and implementation of AI and machine learning models and algorithms for solving complex operational business problems.
- Data analysis: Working with large datasets, conducting analyses, developing dashboards, and designing data-driven automations.
- Project management: Coordination of AI and data analytics implementation projects along the entire use case development process in an interdisciplinary team of developers and specialists.
- Support for the successful scaling and economic implementation of proven AI applications
- Analysis and optimization of business processes
- Identification of automation potential in various business areas such as purchasing, production, sales, accounting, logistics and customer service.
- Development of customized automation solutions using AI, APIs and other technologies
- Training of internal staff in the use of the developed systems
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in economics, computer science, mathematics or other degree programs with a focus on AI or data.
- Experience in the implementation and technical integration of AI solutions, in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, as well as in the development of RAG architectures and other database solutions.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with Git, Docker, API development, and AI frameworks.
- Experience in using cloud-based (AI) services and a good understanding of how these can be used as tools for implementing AI/Data use cases.
- German language skills at C1 level are absolutely necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical and professional concepts clearly and independently.
- A high degree of user and customer orientation, knowledge of needs and the ability to consider them in the use case development process.
- Enjoyment of working on technically oriented projects in the IT, development or production sector
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong planning, organizational and implementation abilities, and a pronounced customer focus.
