Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Take responsibility: Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize business and project KPIs and metrics
- Holistic overview: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop dashboards that meet their needs
- Data is everything: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Expand your horizons: Support the implementation of new tools and automated solutions to improve project management related processes
- Thorough planning: Assist with management reporting and data analysis to support business decision-making
- Experience project management: Provide ad hoc support to wider PMO related tasks
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Study field: Currently studying in Computer Science, Data Science, Business administration or similar
- Experience: Strong existing knowledge of and experience with Tableau is required for data analysis and visualization
- Interests: Ideally with a basic understanding of project management principles and practices
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Way of working: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Language skills: Proficient English language skills mandatory, German is advantageous

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be on leave for a semester. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate into the team.
