What you bring with you

  • You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field with a focus on artificial intelligence.
  • They bring in-depth expertise in the strategic implementation and further development of AI-based systems, as well as in the areas of Big Data, Analytics and Cloud Architectures.
  • They have experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and in taking responsibility for complex, technology-driven projects with high strategic relevance.
  • They are very familiar with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in dealing with AI (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR) and know how to implement these in a complex and highly regulated environment.
  • They possess excellent communication and presentation skills and lead their teams with a clear, motivating vision.
  • They have extensive experience in collaborating with external technology partners and service providers and possess strong negotiation skills in contract negotiations and SLAs.

You do this

  • They assume strategic responsibility for the direction and further development of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) business unit and ensure that it is aligned with the company's strategy.
  • They advise management on the identification and prioritization of AI and data science initiatives, thus actively contributing to driving forward-looking projects.
  • They lead and develop an interdisciplinary AI team, manage resource planning, and continuously promote innovation within the team.
  • They integrate AI solutions into business processes, always ensuring compliance with data protection, IT security and regulatory requirements.
  • They analyze and utilize the latest market trends and innovations in the fields of AI, Big Data and Analytics to secure the company's long-term competitiveness.
  • They successfully implement the “Data Driven Company” strategy, establish strong data governance, and build a central data warehouse.
