DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Gathering customer requirements and developing suitable system architectures on AWS or other infrastructure providers
• Supporting the process of transforming and migrating existing on-premises applications to cloud platforms
• Advising clients on the conception and development of complex business intelligence architectures and data infrastructures, as well as on the selection of optimal technologies and products.

Profile:

• Completed university degree (or equivalent) in information technology or comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud systems such as AWS, Azure, GCP or comparable solutions, and approximately 3 years of experience in IT operations and architecture.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation) and automated deployment (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab-CI, AWS CodePipeline)
• Network-level familiarity in DNS, routing, VPN, virtual network, IP
• Knowledge at the operating system level with Windows Server or Linux is advantageous.
• Experience with applications such as Tableau Server, Active Directory, Keycloak, and OpenLDAP is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge in relational databases, NoSQL, IT security, automation, deployment, system migrations, IT networks and infrastructures
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Icinga, PTRG, Nagios, Spiceworks or Zabbix or AWS Cloudwatch
