Senior Data Analytics Consultant / Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We work hybrid: depending on the project, you'll be on-site with the client, can work from home, or use one of our offices – for example, in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, or Münster

• Analyze: You will be responsible for the professional analysis of business requirements in the finance and insurance industry and will support the implementation of innovative data analytics solutions.
• Conceptualization: You will develop sustainable business intelligence and reporting concepts, including professional modeling of modern data platforms such as data warehouses or data lakes.
• Project management: You ensure smooth cooperation between specialist departments, IT and stakeholders and independently take on tasks in project management.
• Data modeling & implementation: You use your know-how to structure and implement data models and reporting solutions.
• Communicate & share knowledge: You present analysis results in a target-group-oriented manner, support the development of data-driven decision-making processes and assist customers in the professional development of their data strategy.

• Experience: Solid business analysis experience, ideally with a focus on analytics or BI. Experience in requirements analysis, project management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps.
• Expertise: Proficient in the design of BI solutions and data models. Knowledge of SQL, especially Window Functions and CTEs. Experience with modern technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Industry knowledge: Familiar with processes in insurance and banking, preferably within a corporate environment. Business acumen to understand and classify technical requirements.
• Advantageous: Knowledge as a data analyst, data engineer, or data scientist. Experience with star schema modeling, data historiography, or business/technical data modeling.
• Languages ​​& Flexibility: Very good German skills (C1) and willingness to travel within Germany for deployment in different customer projects.
