Data Engineer (m/w/d)

This is what you can achieve - your tasks with us:
- Developing and managing automated data processing processes/ ETL
- Contributing to the design of interfaces between the IT applications of the Transdev companies based on technical requirements.
- Control, support, provision and evaluation of data within relevant IT systems and the corresponding service providers.
- Management of database processes at Transdev GmbH
- Sub-project responsibility in the implementation of business projects involving data processing
- Identifying and analyzing optimization potential in processes, including their automation.
This is how you move us - your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of data processing, statistics, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of data management
- Experience in the development, orchestration, and application of data processing workflows and the associated ETL jobs (primarily SSIS)
- Proficient use of relational databases and at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell and Python)
- Experience in creating automated reports and documenting them
- Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new software systems and to work analytically and conceptually with them.
- Experience in database administration and ERP systems (D365) is helpful.
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
