Your new passion

  • Design, development and optimization of AI products, among others, based on sophisticated RAG architectures in the medical field.
  • Development and continuous improvement of AI pipelines from the prototyping phase to production deployment using modern frameworks such as MLflow in the cloud.
  • Evaluation and performance monitoring of RAG-based chat applications in a production environment
  • Close collaboration within the cross-functional team (Data Science, DevOps, Product Management) to ensure stability and scalability
  • Support in SME Management (Subject Matter Expert) – coordination with subject matter experts to fine-tune knowledge models
  • Initial experience with orchestration of agentic systems, e.g., MCP

That will impress us

  • Several years of practical experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist or in a comparable position
  • Solid knowledge of LLM integration and RAG system design, especially retrieval
  • Confident handling of Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks
  • Experience in deploying and scaling AI systems in cloud environments, ideally Databricks.
