Teamlead Supply Chain Risk, Data & Governance (m/w/d)
This is what you can expect
- Risk Management
- Development and management of the global supply chain risk management framework (strategic, operational, financial, geopolitical)
- Conducting risk analyses, scenario planning and business continuity management (BCM)
- Establishment of risk indicators (KPIs, heatmaps, dashboards) for transparent management and escalation
- Close collaboration with purchasing, logistics, production and commercial departments for the proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
- Master Data Governance & Data Quality
- Responsibility for governance, maintenance and further development of all SCM-relevant master data (materials, suppliers, customers, customs tariff numbers, etc.)
- Introduction of modern data management standards (Master Data Management, Data Lakes, Cloud-based systems)
- Development of a global data governance framework including roles (Data Owner, Data Steward) and guidelines
- Support for all SC areas (planning, logistics, purchasing) regarding data readiness, cleanliness and compliance.
- Digitale Dashboards & Analytics (KAI)
- Further development and maintenance of the SCM KPI dashboards (KAI) in collaboration with IT, Commercial and GF
- Ensure that dashboards are relevant to management decisions, visually understandable, and data-driven.
- Development of predictive analytics and prescriptive use cases (e.g., AI-based forecasts, early warning systems)
- Promoting a data-driven decision-making and performance culture
- Zoll & Trade Compliance
- Responsibility for global customs and foreign trade governance (including HS code classification, preferences, export control)
- Interface to customs authorities, internal audit and compliance departments, and external partners (3PLs, customs brokers)
- Appointment as customs officer of the Wörwag Group
- Development and maintenance of internal guidelines and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and minimization of risks.
- Interface & Change Management
- Governance and consulting interface between SCM, IT, Commercial, Operations
- Enabler for data quality and process standardization across all SC functions
- Active stakeholder management in a highly complex matrix environment
- Promotion of modern organizational design approaches (e.g., agile squads, centers of excellence, data & risk hubs)
What you bring with you
- Initial and continuing education
- Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
- Certifications in risk management, data governance structures or customs/trade compliance are advantageous (e.g. APICS, CIPS, ICC, PMP)
- Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in senior supply chain functions with a focus on risk, master data, governance or trade compliance
- Experience in building global risk or data governance structures and in managing cross-functional interfaces
- Knowledge of modern SCM approaches: E2E digitization, AI/Analytics in Planning, Control Towers, S&OE/S&OP integration
- Experience with global customs and foreign trade processes, including audit experience.
