DevOps-Engineer (AI Infrastructure) (m/w)

THIS IS WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL LOOK LIKE:

• Hosting and operation of highly available and scalable local AI models, services and databases in our data center with dedicated GPU servers.
• Management of Kubernetes clusters, deployments and AI components with sophisticated logging & monitoring.
• Provision and automation of robust CI/CD processes with flexible stages and environments for secure development and rollouts of our AI applications. Administration and performance optimization of vector databases (e.g., PGVector, Weaviate, Qdrant) with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).

YOUR PROFILE:

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, cluster management, containerization, CI/CD, and self-hosting of AI models.
• Good knowledge in the areas of networking (ingress/egress), logging/monitoring and AppSec/data security
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and similar technologies.
• Good Python skills
• Excellent German skills (C1-C2 level)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG architectures and AI engineering (fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
