Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) im KI-Startup

We are Codefy – a successful technology startup from Heidelberg that won the Baden-Württemberg State Prize for Young Companies. Over the past six years, we have created a unique software solution with AI assistance functions that helps the judiciary, public administration, and leading companies in Germany to handle large and complex cases in a fraction of the time and with greater security.

We are looking for a dedicated new team member to support us in the area of ​​DevOps on a full-time basis. Ideally, occasionally in the office in Heidelberg, otherwise remote work from Germany is also possible.

Tasks

• Operation and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters in on-premises and cloud environments
• Automation of deployments and build processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure deployment and configuration using Ansible and Terraform
• Use of monitoring and alerting tools to monitor stability and performance
• Error analysis in case of malfunctions and server outages
• Technical support for customer projects, especially on-premises deployments
• Operation of LLMs in own infrastructure
• Close collaboration with developers, product owners, key accounts, and other stakeholders.

qualification

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps
• Fluent German skills
• Experience with container environments (Docker as well as Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Experience with Linux and cloud environments, with CI/CD pipelines, with Helm, and with the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.
• Ideally, experience with Ansible and Terraform, shell scripting, monitoring and logging tools, and software development (Rust, Python, React)
• Ideally, an interest in MLOps topics.
