AI Officer (m/f/d)
(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week)
Your Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based IT systems
Manage user accounts, devices, access rights, and endpoints
Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Manage endpoint security and device policies via Microsoft Intune
Support Windows client and server environments
Implement and maintain identity, access, and conditional access policies
Help implement and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents
Conduct risk assessments and support compliance initiatives (eg ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
Manage vulnerability handling, patch management, and security awareness measures
Support the evaluation, secure deployment, and governance of AI-based tools and services
Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions, including data protection and access control
Collaborate with business units to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities
Monitor technological trends in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud services
Collaborate with Data protection Department and external DPO to also consult internal departments
Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and security concepts
Support audits, internal controls, and management reporting
Contribute to IT strategy, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
Experience with AI frameworks and regulations
Experience with AI tools, automation, or data-driven systems
Experience with 365 and Cloud environments
Experience in Microsoft Server Administration
Structured and security-oriented working style
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies
High level of integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive data
