Your tasks

  • Preparation and content development of documents for investment committee meetings in close cooperation with clients, specialist departments (especially sales, fund management and software development) as well as external asset management companies and fund companies.
  • Ensuring data quality and responsibility for operational data management in the reporting environment
  • Analysis and continuous development of existing reporting processes in coordination with fund management, sales and other interfaces.
  • Taking on (partial) project responsibility – from creating technical concepts and defining requirements to the technical acceptance of the implementation.
  • Technical contact person (m/f/d) for performance and risk indicators in our customer reports

Your profile

  • Completed STEM studies or comparable qualification
  • Prior professional experience in investment reporting, data management or as a business analyst (m|f|d) is advantageous, as is basic knowledge of performance and risk indicators.
  • Experience in using reporting and BI tools as well as databases
  • Project management experience, ideally with cross-functional responsibility, is an advantage.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach: You identify optimization potential early on and drive improvements forward independently.
  • High analytical competence combined with a structured, solution- and goal-oriented way of thinking
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills in interactions with fund management, sales, IT and external partners.
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Stress-resistant, reliable and confident – ​​even under time pressure
  • High level of personal responsibility, "can-do" mentality and a willingness to shape things
