- Strategic leadership of the cybersecurity consulting team, including professional development and talent promotion.
- Providing top-level consulting services to our clients on information and IT security strategies, the establishment and further development of ISMS, secure IT and cloud architectures, and governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, CRA, AI Act)
- Management of projects, resources and budgets, as well as coordination of interdisciplinary teams
- Conducting workshops, audits, management reviews and awareness sessions
- Translation of regulatory requirements into practical, measurable security processes, policies and measures
- Further development of our consulting framework and internal knowledge formats
- Cultivating and expanding customer relationships at the decision-making level
- Active business development: Identifying new customers, expanding existing accounts, and participating in offers and contract negotiations.
- Revenue responsibility for the consulting portfolio in coordination with management.
- Completed studies in computer science, IT security, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in senior cybersecurity consulting or auditing (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, GRC)
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, business development, or revenue responsibility
- Sound knowledge of modern IT technologies, security architectures and regulatory requirements
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Confident demeanor, analytical thinking and strategic working methods
- Excellent German skills (C1) and fluent English skills
- High self-motivation, strong communication skills and pronounced consulting expertise
- Valid work permit for Germany
