Your tasks

AI-powered workflow and process automation

• Design and development of AI-supported workflows (n8n, Copilot Studio, Power Automate)

• AI integration into existing systems and processes (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Dynamics 365 (CE/FO))

Development & rollout of AI agents

• Agent creation in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the in-house CompanyGPT (based on LibreChat) including data connectivity and prompt engineering.

• Support throughout the entire lifecycle: from conception to operation

Automation & AI Enabler

• Close collaboration with specialist departments and AI Champions

• Consulting on feasibility, architecture and best practices in AI automation

Your profile

• Studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable field
• Experience in workflow automation, as well as in the development and implementation of AI agents (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Copilot Studio, LibreChat)
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Knowledge of scripting languages ​​(e.g., JavaScript or Python)
• Experience in Microsoft-based system landscapes (M365, D365, Azure, Fabric, Logic Apps)
• Team-oriented, proactive work style, the ability to communicate complex technical topics in an understandable way, and continuous professional development.
