Data Analyst (m/f/d) – Industrial & Automotive Consulting

Do you want to work in Data Science & Analytics where it really matters – on complex industrial projects with a direct impact on management-level decisions?
At DRIVE Consulting, you'll work on challenging issues for leading industrial companies. You'll support the implementation of data-driven decisions in transformation and consulting projects. Our analyses and dashboards are directly integrated into our clients' reporting and decision-making processes.
In this role, you'll work hands-on on analytics solutions and support the development of dashboards, the analysis of complex data, and the creation of data structures and pipelines. You'll accompany projects from requirements analysis and concept development to implementation, continuously developing your technical and methodological skills.

• You will work on analytics workstreams in client projects and take responsibility for your own tasks and sub-projects.
• Together with your team, you will develop and operate data pipelines between cloud sources and analytics or dashboard tools, ensuring their quality, automation, and performance (especially via SQL).
• You design and develop dashboards with a focus on usability and clear decision support for management.
• You analyze complex and heterogeneous data structures, prepare data, and efficiently combine different data sources.
• You conduct ad-hoc analyses and exploratory evaluations and prepare results in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
• You work closely within the project team and with relevant stakeholders, actively driving the implementation of data-driven solutions.
• You will provide support with architectural questions, prioritization, and the further development of analytics solutions.
• You contribute your own ideas and continuously develop your professional and methodological skills.

• You have initial professional experience (approx. 1–3 years) in the field of data analytics, data science, data engineering or a comparable data-driven environment.
• You have good knowledge of Python and are able to independently analyze and process complex data structures.
• You have gained initial experience in building data pipelines and/or dashboarding.
• You have experience using BI tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Grafana, Tableau, etc.).
• You work analytically and in a structured manner and enjoy solving complex problems.
• You quickly grasp new topics and continuously develop your professional skills.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience with processes in the automotive industry or in an industrial environment.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and present yourself confidently even when interacting with customers.
• You are willing to work regularly on-site at our customers' locations.
