We – Apleona GmbH – are looking for a Junior BI Analyst (m/f/d) for our location in Neu-Isenburg - JobID 25650

Here's what you'll do with us:

  • They contribute to the design, development and implementation of datasets, appealing and effective automated reports, targeted analyses and user-friendly dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to monitor and control operational performance in the area of ​​international integrated facility management large-scale contracts (Business Unit International Corporate Clients).
  • They conduct basic requirements analyses to support DWH and data mart modeling.
  • Your responsibilities include the structural derivation of data model and reporting requirements from the analysis of customer contracts and their strategic implementation.
  • In this role, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their BI requirements and develop state-of-the-art tools for analyzing and visualizing reports.
  • They develop and maintain Power BI data models for the efficient representation of complex data structures and integrate data from various sources such as ERP systems and external tools into the Power BI environment.
  • They develop and implement best practices for quality assurance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Your tasks also include monitoring the performance of Power BI solutions and their further development and optimization according to the requirements of the respective stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for administering our workspaces in Power BI and managing the associated authorization concepts. Your responsibilities include preparing, conducting and supporting international meetings, workshops and training sessions in the field of business intelligence.

This is what you bring with you:

  • You have completed a degree in business administration or in one of the STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology) or have a comparable qualification.
  • You also have initial knowledge of working with Microsoft Power BI and experience with DAX formulas, Power Query and Microsoft Fabric.
  • They have a basic understanding of data analysis, data modeling, data integration, and data visualization for report creation.
  • Prior experience with MS Power Apps (low code/no code) and MS Power Automate is advantageous.
  • They have good analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and present them in a comprehensible way.
  • She is characterized by a conceptual way of thinking, a structured way of working, and a solution-/results-oriented approach.
  • They possess a high degree of commitment, self-motivation, and self-responsibility.
  • They impress with their willingness to learn new topics and their enthusiasm for new technologies.
  • They are reliable and enjoy teamwork.
  • They have good communication skills and a confident and competent demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer focus is a matter of course for you.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
