• You will support our internal IT and AI products team in developing and productively deploying innovative AI solutions for our IT landscape.

• Together with the team, you will design and develop AI agents and automated workflows that make our internal IT processes more efficient, scalable and robust (e.g. for incident and request management, self-services, monitoring or knowledge management).

• You integrate AI services into existing IT systems, utilize APIs and automation platforms, and support the implementation of end-to-end solutions in the IT environment.

Your profile

• Successfully ongoing studies in the field of Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a comparable technical discipline

• Good programming skills, e.g. in Python, as well as practical experience with agentic coding frameworks.

• first points of contact with "APIs", "LLM frameworks" (e.g. "LangChain", "OpenAI compatible API"), automation tools or the development of AI agents

• You are creative, enthusiastic about technology, and enjoy solving complex IT challenges with AI and automation.

• You enjoy working independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner in an agile, international IT environment.

• very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
