Hello, we are the Data Analytics department!

We bring together 18 specialists in the Data Engineering, Analytics & Reporting (BI) and Data Science (AI) teams. Together, we make data usable throughout the entire company – by building reliable data pipelines, developing meaningful reports for controlling and optimizing processes, using practical AI models and automating workflows with data and tools.

Our goal is to improve processes holistically and measurably, enabling well-founded, data-driven decisions. To achieve this, we consistently rely on automation internally. This frees up time for new topics and the further development of existing solutions, instead of investing time in the manual management of completed projects. Your challenge:

• End-to-end development : You develop customized software solutions that integrate data and AI functionalities into new or existing systems, thereby sustainably improving processes. You accompany the entire development process – from architecture and implementation to productive use.
• API & System Integration : You implement complex interfaces, develop your own microservices, and ensure the reliable networking of heterogeneous systems and data sources.
• Putting AI into practice : You will evaluate, integrate, and operationalize AI models in existing or newly developed systems to automate specific use cases using data and tools. Additionally, you will support the operation and further development of existing and newly developed models.
• Designing the tech stack : You independently make technical architecture decisions, evaluate new frameworks and implement them independently in practice.
• Perspective & Responsibility : As we are dynamically developing as a department, we offer you the opportunity, with appropriate performance and interest, to take on personnel responsibility (e.g. in a management role) in addition to technical project management.

Your profile:

• Motivation comes first : Your intrinsic motivation to independently learn new technologies, tools, and methods is more important to us than perfect mastery of a specific stack or a particular career path. You're eager for continuous development!
• Your background : You have a completed degree (computer science, data science, software engineering or similar) or comparable training with relevant professional experience in software or data development.
• Technical know-how : You are proficient in Python and have solid experience in developing web applications and APIs (e.g., with FastAPI, Flask, React, or Node.js). You also have a strong understanding of databases (SQL). It's important to us that you already have experience in several of these areas and are eager to learn more.
• AI affinity : Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with the use and integration of AI solutions or machine learning models.
• What sets you apart : You impress with a structured way of working, strong communication skills at various levels, teamwork skills and a high level of initiative.
• Language : Fluent German skills (at least C1 level) complete your profile.
