Your responsibilities :

Data is no longer a byproduct for us, but rather the foundation for strategic decisions, daily operations, and increasingly, AI-powered applications. To fully leverage the potential of our data, we are looking for a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to structure and harmonize our data landscape and make it usable for various target systems—from Power BI and HubSpot to future AI use cases. Responsibilities include

unifying and preparing our data across different source systems (controlling, CRM, ticketing, HR, etc.),
and building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines to provide a reliable data foundation for business departments and BI tools.
Modeling and providing clean, documented datasets that Power BI, HubSpot, and similar tools can work with efficiently.
Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity (master data, historical data, plausibility checks).
Independent analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Close collaboration with specialist departments (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to translate business questions into robust data models and analyses.
Preparation of datasets that can serve as the basis for future AI use cases.
Presentation of results and recommendations to specialist departments and management.

Your profile:

Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 2 years of professional experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, data engineer, or in a comparable position.
Sound SQL knowledge and experience in data modeling (relational and/or dimensional, e.g., star schema).
Practical experience with data preparation, transformation, and automation.
Experience in building and Operation of ETL/ELT pipelines.
Proficient use of common BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) — at least as a consumer and data provider, ideally with your own modeling experience.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is desirable.
Understanding of data quality, governance, and documentation .
Analytical thinking skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
. Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex issues clearly and mediate between business and technical departments.
Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
