Here's what you can expect:

  • You will build our local master data governance organization and develop it sustainably within the framework of the ERP transformation.

  • You design governance models, roles, responsibilities, decision-making and escalation paths, and ensure clear structures in master data management.

  • As a central interface, you gather requirements from the specialist departments, translate them into implementable concepts, and work closely with IT and project teams.

  • Through training, standards, and practical governance approaches, you promote a company-wide understanding of data quality.

  • You will further develop master data processes, quality standards and KPIs, and create transparency through monitoring, reporting and meaningful visualizations.

  • You manage the MDM activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation, from data cleansing and migration to building a sustainable operating model.

You bring the following:

  • A completed degree in business, technology or natural sciences, or a comparable qualification, forms your professional basis.

  • You bring sound experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or ERP environments and ideally have already established governance structures or organizations.

  • You confidently structure complex topics, create order in demanding projects, and maintain an overview even in long-term endeavors.

  • With your strong communication skills, you convince different stakeholders, moderate cross-departmental coordination, and lead teams even without disciplinary responsibility.

  • Excellent SAP skills, a strong understanding of master data and end-to-end processes, as well as fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
