AI Developer (m/w/d)

Your role:
As an AI Developer, you develop and integrate AI algorithms into production-ready software solutions. You implement ML workflows (supervised, unsupervised, and potentially reinforcement learning), validate models, optimize their performance, and work closely with DevOps and development teams.

Your tasks:

• Development and integration of AI algorithms into production-ready software solutions
• Analysis and processing of structured and unstructured data
• Implementation of machine learning workflows
• Participation in model validation, testing and deployment
• Optimization of models with regard to performance, robustness and scalability
• Documentation and communication of results within the team and to stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable field
• Solid knowledge of software development and version control (Git, Clean Code, Testing)
• Practical experience with ML/AI models outside of LLMs (e.g., computer vision, classification, anomaly detection, time series analysis)
• Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Optional: Experience with embedded AI, edge computing, or real-time requirements
