Your role:
As an AI Engineer (m/f/d) , you work at the interface between software development and product management, playing a crucial role in the development, implementation, and optimization of modern AI solutions. You support the team in developing innovative machine learning models, integrating them into existing software products, and continuously improving them.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of machine learning and AI models
• Collaboration with data scientists and product teams to analyze requirements and identify suitable AI solutions.
• Integration of ML and AI models into existing software and product platforms
• Conducting experiments to validate and optimize the performance of the models
• Monitoring, maintenance and further development of productive models in the merchandise management system
• Documentation of processes, experiments and results

Technical skills:

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, engineering or a related field
• Experience in the development and implementation of ML and AI models
• Solid knowledge of Python, R or Java
• Familiarity with data processing tools and methods
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams

Your profile:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in AI, ML or software development
• High motivation to develop professionally and try out new technologies
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Interest in working on productive, practical AI solutions
