Here's what your day with us will look like:
You are the most important person for our participants at the Kiel retraining center , providing them with dedicated and competent support throughout their retraining, because you:

• You train trainees to become IT specialists (m/f/d) for data and process analysis – in a practical way and in accordance with the current training framework plan.
• You develop and teach the courses Fundamentals of Statistics, Data & Process Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Visualization & Presentation.
• You provide our participants with professional and organizational guidance during the retraining program and support them throughout the entire training period.
• You design the lessons as a learning experience and convey complex content in an understandable, application-oriented way and with a view to the IHK exam.
• You develop tests for performance assessment and always keep an eye on the learning progress of your group.
• You provide individual support to our participants in their professional and personal development and assist them on their path to a professional qualification.
• You coordinate on-site visits from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, employment agency, interested parties, etc., and support the search for suitable internship companies.

In short: You are the face of karriere tutor® in the field of data and process analysis and ensure that retraining is effective – professionally sound, with human support.

Your profile

You bring the following:

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, statistics, mathematics, business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d).
• Practical experience in data and process analysis with knowledge of methods and frameworks.
• Interest in databases, data analysis and process modeling, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new trends.
• AEVO certificate (AdA), Train the Trainer or a comparable vocational education qualification.
• Didactic flair, enjoyment of teaching and strong communication skills.
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.

That would be a plus:

• Knowledge of using learning platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, LMS365).
• Didactic experience in adult education - preferably also in virtual teaching formats.
• First aid and fire safety training.

Even though the content of our courses is technical in nature and focuses on IT expertise, communication within the team and the teaching itself take place in German. Therefore , fluent German skills are essential – both for teamwork and for explaining content clearly and understandably, answering questions, and providing the best possible support to participants.

This position is advertised at our Kiel retraining center . However, you are also welcome to apply at another retraining center such as Augsburg, Bonn, Bremen, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, or Norderstedt – we look forward to your active support from Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at our location.
