Cyber Security Management Consultant / ISMS (m/w/d)

What you can expect:

• ISMS Implementation: You support our customers in setting up and implementing information security management systems, e.g. according to ISO 27001 or BSI IT Baseline Protection.
• Practical application: Ensure that the cyber security policy is not just a stack of paper for our customers, but that the defined security requirements are actually put into practice.
• Audit preparation: You prepare our clients for internal and external audits, coach them in dealing with auditors, and provide practical tips for successful certification.
• Customer communication: You conduct conversations and sales calls with pre-qualified prospects and support them from initial contact to successful project completion.
• Data preparation: You professionally prepare audit documents, reports, and action plans.
• Coordination: You independently take responsibility for sub-projects, coordinate various stakeholders, and reliably and purposefully manage the implementation of work packages.
• Knowledge sharing: You actively share your knowledge within the team and support junior consultants in their development.

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in developing security concepts, setting up and further developing ISMS, and conducting gap analyses and security audits.
• Standards: Sound knowledge in the field of ISMS, in particular ISO 2700x, BSI IT Baseline Protection, VDA ISA / TISAX®, KRITIS and related requirements.
• Communication: A confident demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with customers are a given for you as a consultant.
• Methodology: Structured and analytical approach with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Qualification: Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on IT, information security or related fields.
• Language skills : You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel : You have a willingness to travel approximately 20%, mainly for projects in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
