YOUR TASKS

Program reporting & management transparency

  • Preparation of monthly steering documents for the board level
  • Consolidation of all project reports, progress and risk reports
  • Quality assurance of reports and presentations for senior management

Project & Program Support

  • Operational sparring for project managers, including escalation management
  • Interim takeover of project management as needed
  • Support in setting up new projects and tracking risks, decisions and changes.

PM Standards & Quality Assurance

  • Further development of methods, templates and processes
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and standards
  • Program-wide risk, milestone and decision management

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Preparation and management of RfPs, RfQs and RfSs
  • Support with vendor selection, capacity planning and external resource procurement

Tools & Automation

  • Administration and further development of PM tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Automation of dashboards, workflows and reports to increase efficiency

Enablement & Coaching

  • Coaching of project managers and training on methods and tools
  • Promoting a consistent project culture within the program

Capacity & Portfolio Management

  • Support with prioritization, resource overviews, and portfolio utilization

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of experience in project/program management in complex corporate environments, preferably in the context of governance, risk, compliance, and security.
  • Proactive, independent and responsible work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively and constructively at all levels
  • Classic and agile project management / Reporting, milestone tracking, forecasting / Handling scope, time, budget, risks / Stakeholder and escalation management
  • Safe handling of Jira, Confluence or a similar tool
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Occasional willingness to travel
