This is your daily business:

As a forward-thinking data expert, you solve complex data problems, are passionate about developing data infrastructures, and ensure data quality. You provide our clients with technical and professional advice on data warehousing, data lakes, and data management.

What does that mean in detail?

• You implement innovative data transmission solutions in batch and streaming technologies, thereby contributing to the efficiency of our data processing.
• You contribute your expertise in selecting and using suitable technologies and products for processing data streams (cloud and on-premises).
• You are responsible for defining standards and guidelines for the development of efficient data management and data engineering processes.
• You will establish DevOps pipelines and automation to continuously improve our processes.
• You will further develop our data engineering concepts and contribute to the implementation of enterprise data warehousing, data lakes, big data solutions and analytics platforms.
• You will act as a coach and support our customers and project teams with questions about data engineering and data management.
• As a valuable member of our agile team, you will contribute to acquiring new customers and support us in further expanding our network.

This is what makes you who you are:

• You want to grow instead of standing still and have the courage to act entrepreneurially and independently together with your team.
• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics or another comparable degree.
• You are skilled at juggling data and bring sound project experience in building data management solutions.
• You are experienced in using Kafka, Spark, Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, DWH Automation and/or CI/CD.
• You have knowledge of Java and/or Python and are familiar with relevant tools and libraries.
• Ideally, you have practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or MS Azure) and data modeling (Data Vault, Dimensional, 3NF, ADAPT etc.).
• You are confident, communicate well and enjoy it, and have the conceptual ability to advance your projects in a structured and methodical way.
• Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
