Business Consultant BI & Data Management (m/w/d)

Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for the companies within the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms, and business applications. To optimally support the business units in their business processes through IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the business units in consultation meetings and works with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

• You are a sparring partner (m/f/d) when it comes to data and its presentation.
• You build bridges of data between silos, departments, and within IT.
• You will work in agile international project, solution, and product teams.
• You will design and oversee the development of BI solutions that will advance the companies of the Schwarz Group.
• You take responsibility for your products, keep them running and develop them further.

• You are characterized by strong analytical skills and a high degree of self-organization/structured approach.
• You have a strong customer focus, a hands-on mentality, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are passionate about data, technology, and administrative topics along the retail value chain.
• You think that, whether it's OldSchool or NewWork, in the end it's all about people!
• Ideally, you have experience with Strategy, Google BigQuery, SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP BDC or other data & analytics solutions.
• You bring your existing knowledge from a degree in (business) informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification combined with professional experience.
• Your strong communication skills in German and English set you apart and make your daily work with your specialist departments easier.
