Junior Automation & AI Developer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Business Process Modeling and Analysis (BPMN)
• Identification of optimization, automation and AI use cases together with the specialist departments
• Implementation of workflow automations, especially with the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI)
• Collaboration on AI applications (e.g., document processing, text analysis, simple ML use cases)
• Support for the introduction of new solutions including testing, documentation and user support
• Developing simple KPIs to measure the success of process improvements
• Observing trends in AI and process automation and evaluating potential applications

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, engineering or comparable fields
• Initial practical experience (internship/working student) in process management, automation or RPA
• A good understanding of business processes, an analytical mindset, and a high willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Python or Data Analysis
• Expertise in BPMN and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Structured, independent work style and good communication skills
• Interest in Machine Learning and NLP
