Your tasks:
As part of our team, you will work on real AI challenges with customer contact. Your potential tasks include:

• Customer projects: Collaboration in the conception, implementation and execution of exciting, customer-specific AI projects as well as taking on own project-specific development tasks.
• Product development: Active further development of our own software.
• AI Testing & Tools: Support in the development of internal AI tools for the systematic testing of AI agents.
• Data Engineering: Assisting with the preparation, cleaning, and analysis of data for the training and fine-tuning of our AI models.
• Quality assurance: Conducting software tests and carefully documenting the results to ensure our high quality standards.
• Communication : Recording customer specifications and presenting results in a goal-oriented manner in German and English.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics or a comparable field of study and have a great passion for modern technologies.

You bring the following:

• Several years of solid experience in software development (fullstack) in Python as well as experience with Rust .
• Practical experience working with LLMs and in context engineering (e.g., RAG, Prompt Design).
• Knowledge of common AI frameworks, ideally Langchain, n8n and CrewAI .
• Safe handling of Linux environments.
• Experience with DevOps such as Docker, Podman, Gitlab or CI/CD .
• High level of self-motivation and pioneering spirit; independent work style
• Initial projects using Claude Code and OpenClaw are desirable.
