Digital Officer (m/f/d) with a focus on AI

Your tasks:

• Active role as a change agent to promote a company-wide digital mindset and cultural change
• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of a company-wide digital, automation and AI strategy including a roadmap
• Responsibility for the digital and AI project portfolio including management, prioritization and performance measurement (ROI)
• Initiation and implementation of innovative digital and AI-based solutions for products, services, processes and business models.
• Technology scouting as well as selection and implementation of suitable digital tools (e.g. AI, automation, CRM)
• Development and enhancement of a data and AI-capable infrastructure to support data-driven business models
• Establishment and maintenance of an internal and external digital ecosystem, including collaboration with partners.
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with specialist departments, IT and HR to expand digital skills
• Ensuring data protection, IT security and compliance in all digital and AI initiatives
• Participation in the field of cybersecurity

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, engineering or similar qualification
• Strong interest in digital technologies and AI
• A good understanding of local business processes and operational procedures.
• Initial technical affinity in the field of AI (e.g., machine learning basics, data understanding)
• Strong communication and coordination skills as well as project management competence
• Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and international exchange
• Strategic thinking and innovative capacity
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
• Commitment to responsible, ethical use of AI
• English and German, additional language skills are an advantage
