With increasing market dynamics, new regulatory requirements such as CRA, and further developments surrounding IEC 62443, we are strengthening our consulting team – and are looking for experienced reinforcements. If you enjoy structuring complex relationships, guiding clients through uncertainty, and making industrial security truly effective, then you've come to the right place.
As an Industrial Cybersecurity Consultant, you ensure the successful implementation of demanding consulting projects. You analyze technical, organizational, and regulatory requirements, structure problem areas, and develop clear recommendations and prioritized action plans. With your methodological background, strong communication skills, and technical understanding, you guide our clients through complex topics and deliver clean, scalable consulting – from analysis to handover for implementation.
Specifically, you can expect the following tasks, among others :
- You plan and execute consulting modules and work packages independently – on-site at the client's premises or remotely – and accompany the entire process from preparation through analyses and assessments to expert advice and successful completion.
- You identify optimization potential and develop professional and technical solution concepts with prioritized measures.
- You will participate in customer and internal projects and support implementations, tests and acceptance procedures.
- You guide clients through complex issues using workshops, interviews, and presentations, and you confidently moderate different stakeholders to provide orientation.
- You prepare complex requirements in a structured manner – using models, diagrams and clear documentation.
- You translate requirements into actionable work packages and oversee testing and acceptance procedures.
- You create and maintain consulting artifacts such as templates, frameworks, and checklists.
- You identify opportunities for further development at the client and derive potential follow-up orders from our consulting portfolio.
This is what you bring with you
- You have a sound understanding of industrial security requirements and ideally experience with CRA, IEC 62443 or related standards.
- You possess excellent analytical and structuring skills.
- You can communicate complex content clearly, understandably and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
- You act confidently in stakeholder and expectation management – from technical experts to management.
- You are willing to travel internationally and feel comfortable in changing customer environments.
- You work independently, precisely and in a solution-oriented manner.
