Your role:
As an AI Solution Manager, you will successfully bring our AI platform to the customer – from the initial idea to productive implementation. You will take over projects after the sales process and transform requirements into functional, stable AI solutions. You will work at the interface between business and IT – but above all, you will be hands-on in the implementation.
It's important for you to know: This is not a classic management role, not purely a developer role, and not a machine learning position. You are the person who configures, integrates, tests, and iteratively improves solutions together with the customer.
- Solution Design & Discovery: You understand processes, systems and requirements and translate them into concrete AI solutions (agents, knowledge bases, integrations, rollout phases)
- Platform configuration & implementation:
You implement solutions directly: configuring agents, writing prompts, building knowledge bases, setting up and testing tools and connectors.
- Integrations & APIs: You analyze which systems need to be connected (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing) and plan the integration – together with engineering if required.
- Prompt Engineering & Iteration: You develop and optimize prompts, test them with customers, and continuously improve the quality of the results.
- Customer communication & delivery: You are the central point of contact during implementation, manage projects in a structured manner and keep customers closely informed.

You can't expect this:
- No ML/Data Science role (no model training)
- Pure management is no substitute for implementation.
- Not a purely developer role without customer contact
- No role without a technical foundation
This is what your week with us could look like
- Monday - Project start: Understanding requirements, defining setup, identifying integrations
- Tuesday - Build agent: Set up knowledge base, write prompts, initial tests
- Wednesday - Iteration: Evaluate feedback, improve answers, integrate new tools
- Thursday - Integration: Check APIs, clarify authentication, coordinate setup with engineering
- Friday - Plan next steps: Create phase 2 concept, present progress
What you bring:
- Technical understanding: Experience with APIs (REST, JSON, Auth, OpenAPI)
- Business systems: Understanding common business systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing)
- AI Basics: Initial practical experience with LLMs, prompting, and AI tools
- Communication skills: Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Working style: Structured, independent and hands-on
- Initial experience: Initial practical experience in tech, consulting, or customer-oriented roles
- Mindset: Curious, eager to learn and motivated to quickly take on responsibility
Nice-to-have
- Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow)
- Practical experience in prompt engineering
- Basic knowledge of Python or debugging integrations
- Experience in customer-facing roles
