Tasks

• Support in operational project management
• Maintaining project plans, roadmaps and backlogs (e.g. Planner)
• Scheduling and coordination management with internal departments
• Structuring and prioritizing requirements and use cases
• Participation in the preparation and execution of internal training courses on AI tools and use cases.
• Creation of learning nuggets and accompanying user guides for users:
• Support in building and further developing applications on the no-code/low-code platform
• Active participation in the implementation of use cases – even for more complex requirements.
• Configuration of workflows and dashboards, as well as testing of new features

Profile

• Enrolled student (e.g., business informatics, business administration, law, computer science, data science or similar)
• High organizational competence as well as a structured and reliable work ethic
• Interest in Generative AI and modern project management tools
• Initial experience with collaboration tools (e.g., M365, Teams, Planner)
• Affinity for digital tools; prior no-code/low-code experience is a plus.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
