You will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational implementation of our key AI initiatives. Your goal is the safe, cost-effective, and results-oriented use of artificial intelligence throughout the entire company – from the initial concept to productive rollout.
In this role, you act as a crucial link between the specialist departments, IT and management to ensure sustainable acceptance and the practical added value of AI solutions.
Your tasks within our team:
Strategy & Management
- Development and further development of the group-wide AI strategy.
- Ensuring the compliant implementation of AI solutions (taking into account security and data protection).
- Coordination of central AI platforms and components.
- Promoting a responsible and transparent approach to AI within the company.
Operational Implementation & Use Cases
- Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases.
- Active participation in the conception, piloting and rollout of key AI solutions (e.g. agents, automation workflows, SaaS AI tools).
- Performance measurement and continuous optimization of already implemented solutions.
- Close collaboration with specialist departments for the practical and accepted implementation of solutions.
Consulting & Enablement
- Contact person for specialist departments and IT teams regarding AI use, opportunities and risks.
- Building and managing an internal AI community or a key user group for knowledge exchange.
- Creation of easy-to-understand guidelines, best practices, and conducting internal training.
Technology and market observation
- Evaluation of new AI technologies and providers with regard to their benefits for our company.
- Support in selecting tools as well as in making licensing and cost decisions.
This is important to us:
Crucial for us is your practical experience with digital topics and your ability to take initiative. We're not looking for a pure theorist, but rather someone who implements solutions and enthusiastically inspires their colleagues along the way.
Ideally, you should bring this with you.
- Basic IT technical understanding (e.g., IT, data, automation, tools).
- Experience in implementing digital solutions or processes.
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- Interest and motivation to delve deeply into AI topics.
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders.
- Team orientation and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
Knowledge in areas such as data protection, data governance or IT security is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Career changers welcome!
You don't come from a traditional IT background, but you're passionate about the subject and have already gained initial experience (e.g., through your own projects or further training)? Then we expressly look forward to receiving your application!
