As a Power BI Consultant (all genders) , you will support our client projects in developing, enhancing, and professionalizing their reporting and analytics landscapes.
You will develop modern Power BI dashboards , build powerful data models , translate requirements into functional solutions, and guide clients through workshops, training sessions, and project sprints.

You will have plenty of creative freedom, work independently and at the same time be part of an experienced team of experts who will support you.

Your tasks

• Execution of customer projects in the field of Business Intelligence
• Analysis of business processes and reporting requirements at the customer's site or remotely
• Development and design of Power BI dashboards, data models and reports
• Consulting on the optimal structuring of data sources and ETL processes
• Design and optimization of Power Query and DAX models
• Conducting training sessions, workshops and presentations for clients
• Creation of documentation and best practices
• Close coordination with project management and support in solution architecture

Qualifications – What you bring (must-have)

We focus on what really matters:

Core BI Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Power BI , especially DAX, Power Query and data modeling.
• Experience in creating dashboards for management, departments, or operational teams
• Experience in setting up ETL/ELT processes (Power Query, possibly SQL)
• Knowledge of SQL and confident handling of relational databases

Working methods & consulting

• Customer-proven, professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way
• Quality awareness and structured working methods
• Excellent German skills (for customer dialogue, workshops & documentation)

Nice to have (not a must, but a plus)

• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, SQL DB, Synapse)
• Knowledge of other BI or data tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, dbt, Python)
• Experience in agile project environments
• Interest in data governance, data catalogs, or self-service BI strategies
